KERFECT cleans up and converts cutting files — drop a file, smooth it, download it. Using the site means you're okay with the following. It's short on purpose.
Your files are yours. We process what you upload only to produce your result, and delete it within an hour. We don't claim ownership of it, sell it, or use it to train anything. Only upload files you have the right to use.
Check your parts before you cut. KERFECT rebuilds geometry to a tolerance and previews it in 3D — but it's a tool, not a guarantee. Verify dimensions and geometry before sending anything to a machine. Scrapped material and downstream costs are on you, not us.
Accounts. If you sign in, Clerk provides the sign-in service and we store the minimum account and usage data needed to apply free limits. We never keep the contents of your files against your account.
Analytics and cookies. When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate visits and product flow, such as completed conversions and downloads, with IP addresses anonymized. We do not send drawing contents or filenames to analytics. Essential cookies keep the beta gate and anonymous free-use limit working; Clerk may use sign-in cookies.
Free while in beta. KERFECT is free right now, with usage limits that may change. There are no payments yet; if that changes, you'll see it clearly before anything is charged.
Fair use. Don't upload anything illegal, and don't hammer or try to break the service. We may suspend access that does.
As-is. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We may update these terms as KERFECT grows — the date above tracks the current version.
